The shipment will always be traceable.
It will be possible to agree on the type of shipment and receive information on costs. Shipping to Milan is free.

RETURNS
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can make the return within 10 working days from the receipt of the ordered products.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, it is necessary to request the authorization to return products by sending a communication to the email address voilaoggettimilanesi@gmail.com , where you will be provided with all the information to proceed with the return procedure.
If all the conditions required for the return are observed, you will be reimbursed for all payments made to us, except for shipping costs if due.
These refunds will be made using the same payment method used by the customer for the initial transaction.
